A quiet place to build on Brandon's west side, just south of I-90 and minutes from Sioux Falls. Close enough to the city for the daily things, far enough out to feel like a retreat.
The Big Sioux River runs nearby, and with it the Big Sioux Recreation Area: miles of wooded trails, a paved bike path that connects into Brandon, and easy water for a paddle on a summer evening. It's the kind of backyard most neighborhoods this close to a city don't get.
