Founder & Builder
Homebuilding has been Tim Stenberg's passion since 5th grade. He built his first home in 1994, founded Joshua Homes two years later, and remains hands-on in every project nearly 30 years in.
- Born and raised in Ames, Iowa
- University of Iowa, School of Business
- 29+ years building homes in Sioux Falls and Clear Lake
- Developed his first neighborhood in 2003
His philosophy hasn't changed: no cutting corners, just a simple promise — build a place you can call home.
