For Tim Stenberg, homebuilding has been a lifelong passion — one that started all the way back in the 5th grade. What began as a young boy’s fascination with construction turned into a career grounded in craftsmanship, care, and community.

Tim built his first home in 1994, and just two years later, he founded Joshua Homes to bring practical, well-designed, and high-quality homes to a growing number of families. Nearly three decades later, Tim remains deeply involved in every part of the process, leading with hands-on expertise and a commitment to doing right by his customers.

• Graduate of the University of Iowa, School of Business
• Over 29 years of homebuilding in Sioux Falls and Clear Lake
• Developed his first neighborhood in 2003
